PPS File Cabinet™

PPS File Cabinet is a safe, secure online document management service that stores confidential files such as plan documents, retirement plan valuations, and payroll records. Content is indexed and retrievable through an easy-to-use interface.

PPS uploads documents to the site, where plan sponsors and advisors can sign on with a secure user ID and password to view, retrieve, complete, edit, return, print, or email the documents as necessary.

Security includes 128 bit encryption, two firewalls, six points of presence, hourly backup to an offsite facility, and a secure physical facility monitored by VESPA fire and smoke detection.
